RETURN POLICIES:

We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about any product to help you make an informed purchasing decision. Please be aware that any product being returned is subject to our standard return policies:
* We will not accept returns after 10 days of receipt of the product.
* You must issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER in advance. For return authorization, simply e-mail our customer service at support@yourACauthority.com . For prompt service, include your ORDER ID Number, NAME, ADDRESS and a valid RETURN E-MAIL address. Complete shipping details will be provided along with your return authorization number.
* All items being returned must have shipping charges PREPAID. Our distribution centers will not accept items that are shipped collect.
* All returns are subject to inspection. All items must be in their original package or blister and in resalable condition.
* All returns are subject to 35% RESTOCKING CHARGE - NO EXCEPTIONS

We do not accept returns on any DVD video discs.
